We grow up about 30 tons of crucian carp (about 81000 fish) every year and treat consistently up to production and sales from breeding according to Funazush pickled in salt or rice. We sale about 10 tons of Funazushi pickled in salt in barrel, about 10 tons of Funazushi pickled in rice in barrel and about 10 tons of Funazushi in vacuum packing.
We have produced and sold a lot of products since 27 years owing to many customers who have bought them every year. Our crucian carp are delicious enough to be eaten in sashimi and grilled. If you visit our shop in spring period when we treat about 2 or 3 tons of crucian carp in our aquariums, we may present nice ones to you.
